Yes. New clients are required to place a $50 deposit to secure their first appointment. Deposits go toward the total service cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance require a 50% payment of the scheduled service. No-call, no-shows require 100% payment to rebook.
Gratuity is not included and always appreciated but never expected.
